Our Values

To maintain an independent and ethical perspective we have a clear Code of Practice which is followed by all staff. We believe this approach assists the client and our people in the development of an open, honest and clear consulting relationship.

In all company decision making the following values are emphasised:

• Confidentiality - Information belongs to the client alone, our consultants are rigorous in maintaining confidentiality, both on a personal and an agency basis.
  
• Independence - We collaborate with clients, in research, evaluation or in review of services. We will ensure that all the facts are checked and dissenting opinions registered. Our conclusions will be based on the facts not on opinions or sectional interest.
  
• Client Focus - We work to the client's brief arrived at following consultation with the client. Intervention is always at the client's pace.
  
• Honesty - If we believe that the project you are proposing Is outside the scope of the Group's expertise, we will tell you and suggest a resource more appropriate to your needs. We present all the options, often we will argue to a preferred position but we leave the widest choice to the client.
  
• A Commitment To Results - An undertaking that the solution will always be practical. Our role is not to arrive at an intellectually perfect analysis but to reach a reliable, practical, cost effective solution. We respect the organisations culture and work within the client organisations value system.
  
• Respect for Terms of Engagement in our contracts we specify exactly what the project will cost and what services will be offered in the time frame for the project. Any additional services that may evolve out of the project will not be pursued without full discussion of the costs involved.
