Bruce Callaghan

Bruce Callaghan has led BCA in change management and strategic planning for nearly
18 years. The company has a balanced portfolio of clients which
deliberately involves business and government. Prior to establishing
this company, Bruce held a number of senior posts in management
and academia.
Bruce's skills
are in the development of learning strategies and in the integration
of theoretical and practical experience so that individuals can
see results from their work and can plan longer term development.
Bruce is a former
academic where he contributed in both business management and political
philosophy - a spread of disciplines represented in the breadth
of his change management approach.
Mette Kirk
Mette is an Associate with extensive experience in strategic management
and community consultation. Until recently, she was employed with
the NSW Aboriginal Land Council at their head office in Parramatta.
Mette has a strong understanding of Aboriginal organisations and
issues affecting Aboriginal communities in Australia, having worked
closely with Aboriginal institutions in recent years. Her educational
background is in Social Science (MA), specialising in International
Development, and Business Administration (BA) and she has international
experience in community development.
