BCA's strategic leadership program is designed to develop the leadership skills and behaviours of senior managers and their potential successors.

The program provides participants with a challenging and enriching experience that will enable them to identify and develop the strategy, culture and behaviour that will make a difference to service excellence and business success.

Outcomes of the Program

At the end of the six-month program, participants will:

understand the strategic challenges facing their organisation
recognise the strengths and limitations of their leadership capability
be able to contribute to the leadership of their organisation.
