BCA's
strategic leadership program is designed to develop the leadership
skills and behaviours of senior managers and their potential successors.
The
program provides participants with a challenging and enriching experience
that will enable them to identify and develop the strategy, culture
and behaviour that will make a difference to service excellence and
business success.
Outcomes
of the Program
At
the end of the six-month program, participants will:

the strategic challenges facing their organisation

the strengths and limitations of their leadership capability

able to contribute to the leadership of their organisation.

Unlike
many training programs, BCA's strategic leadership program has enduring
value for participants and their organisations. The program is innovative
in design, uses the best assessment tools and training methods,
and is delivered over six months to maximise learning outcomes.

With ongoing practice in leadership skills and behaviours, the successful
participants will be able to lead their people in new directions,
develop their potential and motivate them to achieve greater success
in their personal and professional lives.
